Colter Developments is a Canadian owned Construction Management company operating mainly throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Terry Leroux, President and majority owner, formed the company in 1981 in North Western Ontario as T.E. Leroux Contracting, and focused on building a variety of commercial and residential properties as listed below:

Colter Developments has built a variety of buildings ranging from retail to light industrial. From 2001 up to 2006 we have focused on entertainment / hotel industry building some of the premiere facilities in Western Canada.

While Colter Developments was originally structured for major projects, the demand from current clients to manage smaller scale projects, tenant improvements and renovations resulted in the creation of a Special Projects division.
